The Architectural Glass Processing Center in Dongguan, with 7 million sq. ft. production area, is the largest of its kind in Asia.
State-of-the-art technologies and Highly automated production machineries imported from Finland, Germany, USA and Japan for the 5 production facilities.
Major machineries include Soft-Coat Low-E line from Von Ardenne of Germany, Automatic Insulating Glass line from Lisec of Austria, Glass Robots and TAMGLASS Tempering Furnace from Finland and edgework machineries from Italy.
Xinyi provide a wide range of flat glass products covering Low-E glass, Tempered safety glass, Laminated and Hurricane Resistant Glass, Electronic Glass and Furniture Glass products.
2 new float glass lines come into production since mid-2006, with daily production capacity of 1,200 tones.
